Welcome to Lua. By downloading, accessing, or using the Lua mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Lua is developed and operated by Audacia Group ("we," "our," or "us").
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Lua is a cycle tracking and wellness application that provides period predictions, symptom tracking, health insights, and related features. The App is designed for informational and personal wellness purposes only.
Lua is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The predictions, insights, and recommendations provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or before making health-related decisions.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

Lua offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription ("Lua+"). If you choose to subscribe to Lua+, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
The App, including all content, features, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Audacia Group and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the health data and content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audacia Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on health predictions or insights provided by the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive as applicable.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Audacia Group operates.
